Astro prototype launched

The prototype now includes bilingual routes, clickable detail pages, and baseline motion, making fast customization straightforward.

At this stage, the priority is validating information architecture and end-to-end browsing flow, rather than filling all real content at once.

In the next phase, we will gradually integrate real materials such as member profiles, project updates, paper abstracts, and full news articles while keeping route compatibility.
